c.    Evening club event for parents only.
Consider this for next season perhaps once the new seasons is under way. Danny suggests this will help with parent communication.

6.    Danel – Progress
Started in December and appears to be doing really well and enjoying it. Has successfully recruited new girls as regulars to the drop in sessions. Has taken some pressure off Adam.

7.    Funding for the ‘Pay & Play’ session
Feedback on whether Leyton Orient Community Programme can offer any more support.         Danny

Danel has already been advised that in August the expected lower demand for the ‘pay and play session’ and the suspension of team training will mean he can have a break that month.         Nick

Look at introducing an extra midweek evening session.
Consider replacing weekend training with midweek training
when the current U9s team reach U11s as Borough commitments may interfere too much.         Nick
